Position Overview for Housekeeper:We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain our community’s cleanliness and comfort. In this crucial role, you will ensure a safe and inviting environment for our residents and guests. If you take pride in creating clean and organized spaces, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities as Housekeeper:- Cleaning & Sanitizing:Keep resident apartments, common areas, and staff spaces spotless by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Linen & Laundry Services:Take charge of washing, folding, and distributing linens and personal laundry.
- Supply Management:Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, ensuring proper storage and usage.
- Resident Interaction:Provide friendly and respectful service, fostering positive relationships with our residents.
- Health & Safety Compliance:Adhere to all health and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic living environment.
- Detail-Oriented:You maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all your tasks.
- Team Player:You collaborate effectively with coworkers to meet community needs.
- Efficient:You manage your time well to complete daily tasks promptly and effectively.
- Compassionate:You are committed to creating a comfortable and pleasant living space for our residents.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial services is a plus.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and techniques is preferred.
