You will lead day-to-day activities, manage staff, and ensure safety, reliability and cost efficiency across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
You will coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs and capital improvements, maintain CMMS records, and supervise janitorial personnel to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant facility environment.
