The Rosen Automotive Group has proudly served the residents of Illinois and Wisconsin for 35 years. We are currently seeking dedicated and talented individuals to join our growing team! • Receive liens and car titles from various lienholders.
• Prepare title and transfer/new plate requests for vehicles purchased by customers within State of WI and State of IL time frame.
• Balance titling schedule on a weekly basis.
• Process all title corrections for WI and IL.
• Order/verify hard and temporary license plates.
• Balance various schedules throughout month.
• Assure compliance of policies with regards to files and office procedures.
• Attention to detail on every transaction which includes researching errors.
• Help with any other office tasks requested by manager and/or office staff.

• Automotive experience preferred but will train right candidate.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates.
• Tekion experience, a plus.
• Dealer track titling software, a plus.
