Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensure efficient operations, and meet quality standards.

• Punctuality and dependability.
• Greet donors courteously, unload and transport donations into the ADC.
• Thank donors and offer tax receipts.
• Assist truck drivers with unloading/loading donations.
• Follow training manual for donation categorization and use of supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas.
• Ensure equipment and property are in good condition.
• Coordinate with Donation Centers Manager on supplies.
• Review daily communications.
• Open and secure ADC at shift start/end.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and inventories.
• Attend required meetings and training.
• Follow policies and procedures, work independently, adhere to safety policies.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Reliable transportation and communication.

• Attention to detail, communication skills, organization, customer service, interpersonal skills, basic math and reading, self-direction, professionalism, time management, decision-making, proficiency in MS Office.

• Standing, walking, twisting, bending, reaching, occasional squatting, kneeling, driving, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, visual acuity.
• Lift up to 50 pounds, maneuver 200 pounds, operate computer and handle textiles/donated goods.

• Combination of outside and climate-controlled environment.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Moderate noise level, 30-40+ hours/week.
