Lead Maintenance Technician

NOW HIRING: LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Revised Personnel Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join a growing property management team.

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues

• Complete apartment/unit turns and make-ready work

• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies

• Inspect work to ensure quality and safety standards are met

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders

• Assist with training and supervising maintenance team members

• Ensure the property is maintained in a clean, safe, and operational condition

• Previous Lead Maintenance or Maintenance Supervisor experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance

• HVAC certification preferred/required

• Apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred

• EPA certification is a plus

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
