Key Responsibilities:

* Complete apartment unit turns to prepare homes for new move-ins

* Patch and repair drywall, paint interiors, and complete touch-up work

* Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs as needed

* Replace fixtures, hardware, blinds, and other apartment components

* Complete general cleaning and ensure units are move-in ready

Minimum Requirements (Must Have):

* Previous apartment maintenance, make ready, construction, or renovation experience

* Experience with painting, drywall repair, and unit turns

* Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day

* Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred)

* Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

* Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
