Salary Range: $90,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee the repair and troubleshooting of complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Optimize spare parts inventory and procurement processes to minimize downtime and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage departmental budget, track expenditures, and report on key performance indicators.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix) for managing work orders, preventive maintenance, and spare parts.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., TPM, RCM).
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA) relevant to industrial operations.
