** Maintenance Technician
** at Woodward Camp is an integral part of the camper's experience. They will be part of the maintenance staff, maintaining records, keeping Woodward's renowned facilities operating at a high level. A Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks across the property ensuring the campus remains clean,safe,functional, and welcoming for our guests.

These vital tasks may include landscaping, cleaning, removing trash, and performing maintenance on a wide array of features at our facilities.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** Perform painting duties, sand, caulk, prime and paint Perform groundskeeping tasks such as weed eating, mowing grass, and landscaping  Assume custodian's duties Other duties as assigned

**** KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
** Ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team. Ability to project manage and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Is creative. Can conceptualize ideas. Can think"outside the box".Has the ability to implement ideas. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate supervision, agile, and able to pivot quickly
** QUALIFICATIONS
* **** Required Qualifications
**** 1+ ofyears' experience in general maintenance techniques
* OSHA certified on applicable equipment
* Must be comfortable working at heights and confined spaces
* Well versed in electric, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and fleet maintenance
* Proven ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team
* 5+ of years' experience in general maintenance techniques
* OSHA certified on applicable equipment
* Must be comfortable working at heights and confined spaces
* Well versed in electric, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and fleet maintenance
* Demonstrate broad technical knowledge of management techniques
* Provide work related references upon request.
* Employment in this position is contingent upon successful completion of all pre-hire background checks, including criminal history clearance through the Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH), child abuse clearance through the Department of Public Welfare, Motor Vehicle Record if required by position and federal background screening via FBI fingerprinting
