Maintenance Mechanic

Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Bethlehem, PA, in their search for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic. This role is ideal for a mechanically skilled professional who enjoys troubleshooting, equipment upkeep, and supporting smooth production operations.

Maintenance Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections on machinery and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Conduct accurate and detailed preventative maintenance on Injection and Blow-Molding equipment.
• Perform set-ups, start-ups, shut-downs, and changeovers.
• Monitor operators to ensure proper quality checks and safe machine operation.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.

Maintenance Mechanic Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a mechanical role within manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Completion of a technical school program or apprenticeship preferred.
• Strong familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, and related industrial systems.
• Experience working with 480V 3-phase electrical systems and machinery wiring.
• Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
