At Prospect Property Management & Maintenance, we maintain and improve residential properties across the Greater Lehigh Valley area.

We're looking for a hands-on maintenance leader who is comfortable wearing multiple hats: leading a small crew, troubleshooting property issues, and jumping in to get the work done.

This is not a desk manager role.

This is ideal for someone who enjoys facilities/property maintenance, leading by example, problem solving, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What you'll be responsible for:

You'll oversee a small 2-person maintenance team while remaining heavily involved in day-to-day field operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading, training, and coordinating maintenance technicians and vendors

• Managing work orders, turnovers, inspections, and preventive maintenance

• Performing hands-on maintenance work across residential properties including:

— Plumbing repairs

— Electrical troubleshooting & minor repairs

— HVAC maintenance/troubleshooting

— Drywall, painting, carpentry, doors/windows

— General property upkeep & repairs

• Conducting move-out / turnover inspections and ensuring units are rent-ready

• Managing materials, supplies, tools, and maintenance documentation

• Updating work orders and maintenance activity in App Folio (or similar systems)

• Communicating professionally with residents, vendors, and internal team members
