Maintaining interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds;
Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment;
Responding to maintenance requests by community directors and residents;
Maintaining positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and other jurisdictions;
Ensuring compliance with current federal, state and local regulations and company policies
