Day Shift Cleaning Technician – Full-Time | Weekly Pay

Pay: $17.00 per hour (Weekly Pay)

Location: Alma, MI

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional weekend work as needed

Hiring Timeline: Typically 5–7 days

Start Date: Begin working as soon as clearance and onboarding requirements are completed

We're hiring a dependable Day Shift Cleaning Technician to join our team in Alma. • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

• Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment

• Detail-clean surfaces using appropriate tools and cleaning chemicals

• Clean and maintain restrooms

• Empty trash and replace liners

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

• Report supply needs and equipment concerns

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and independently

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and safely operate cleaning equipment

• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently

• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

• Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience

• Experience using cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals safely
