Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver with strong communication and leadership skills, capable of building internal capabilities and minimizing downtime through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance projects and repairs.
  • Plan and execute preventative maintenance programs.
  • Build in‑house maintenance skills to reduce reliance on external vendors.
  • Communicate maintenance plans and updates to operators and leadership.
  • Coordinate internal staff and external vendors to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Identify and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Train operators to recognize and report equipment issues.
  • Maintain inventory of parts and consumables.
  • Foster strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors to expedite service.
  • Expand supplier network to improve cost and service timelines.
  • Conduct annual oil testing and analysis.
  • Serve as the primary contact for building maintenance contractor.
