Office Services Specialist

Overview

Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.

Office Services Specialist - Alpharetta GA
3 Months (Temp to Hire)
Will be trained to provide backup support at two additional Midtown Atlanta sites as needed due to staffing shortages. Reporting location will be communicated in advance and will not change mid-shift. Parking is provided.

• Perform mail runs and package deliveries
• Support event set-up (moving tables, chairs, and whiteboards)
• Deliver copy paper to printers as needed
• Shift between locations when required
• Log and receive packages using a company-provided phone/app
• Demonstrate strong people skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability to change
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field
• Some related copy job experience preferred
• May require a valid driver’s license and minimum auto insurance per Ricoh policy

• Excellent customer service skills
• Good PC skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Mathematical and filing skills
• Ability to use office machines and technical equipment
