As a Shipping & Installation Technician, you will prepare, package, and deliver company products with precision and care. You’ll build custom crates, handle materials safely, and install signage at client locations, ensuring accuracy and quality in every step.

Shift
: 8:00am‑5:00pm

Flexibility
:
Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods.

Your work ensures that products arrive in perfect condition and installations meet client expectations, directly influencing customer satisfaction and trust. By maintaining safety standards and delivering on time, you help uphold our reputation for reliability and excellence. Your attention to detail and adaptability will keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

• Prepare and package shipments, including building custom crates and securing items for transit.
• Operate woodworking tools and equipment safely for crate construction and material handling.
• Verify shipment accuracy and complete required documentation for outgoing and incoming deliveries.
• Install and uninstall signage at various locations, ensuring proper placement and secure installation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in shipping areas, vehicles, and job sites.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Work Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, packaging, installation, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Proficiency with woodworking tools (table saw, chop saw) and basic mechanical knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate measurements and quality checks.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
• Adaptability and problem‑solving skills to manage unexpected challenges.
