Extended Stay - - - Responsibilities:
Perform repairs listed on work orders and follow the Green Shield Binder procedures;
Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Green Shield Binder;
Maintain records such as Guest Room PM deficiencies, PM Room Inspections, Life Safety Inspections, Elevator Inspections;
Maintain organized and clean work area and safeguard maintenance tools;
Assist with cleaning areas of the hotel as assigned and ensure overall hotel cleanliness
