The Club at Windward is a premier lakeside destination featuring top‑tier amenities, including 4 padel courts, 6 pickleball courts, 18 tennis courts, 2 platform courts, 4 swimming pools, and a full‑service marina. We’re seeking a Maintenance Associate to assist with maintenance and upkeep across the clubhouse, courts, and aquatics facilities, supporting a high‑quality member experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on, outdoor work and takes pride in maintaining a clean, functional, and welcoming environment.

Responsible for performing daily repair, maintenance, and upkeep of the Aquatics Center, Clubhouse, and court areas.

• Perform general repairs and maintenance for all areas, including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of buildings and grounds.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the exterior of the tennis facility (empty trash cans, sweep walkways, pick up litter, arrange outdoor furniture).
• Assist with upkeep of the tennis courts.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior areas (empty trash cans and ashtrays, sweep, vacuum, dust, arrange furniture).
• Prepare and maintain Har‑Tru tennis courts during the day and replace clay as needed.
• Clean and maintain court equipment.
• Clean walkways and entryways.
• Repair court nets and windscreens as needed.
• Keep court water containers clean and filled with fresh water.
• Monitor supply usage and inform supervisor when items need restocking.
• Follow all facility rules and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Less than high school education; or up to one‑month experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Frequently stands and uses hands; reaches with hands and arms; talks or hears. Regularly walks, sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, or crouches. Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.

Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.
