Perform routine preventative maintenance as directed by supervisor;
Strip, wax, and buff floors on a scheduled basis and as needed;
Move furniture, equipment, and assist residents with moving needs;
Assist with grounds care such as Weeding in summer or snow removal in winter;
Cooperate with residents, co-workers, physicians, families, and other staff as needed
