Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing HVAC team to ensure efficiency, accountability, and safety.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of HVAC projects, ensuring high-quality execution, timely completion, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and building codes to mitigate risks and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasting, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and scalability.
  • Collaborate with project managers, field supervisors, and subcontractors to align operational strategies with company objectives.
  • Analyze, estimate, and create competitive proposals based on client plans.
  • Drive business development efforts to grow revenue and expand the HVAC division.
  • Be a hands-on leader willing to step in where needed, from troubleshooting field issues to providing direct guidance on installations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC operations management, preferably within the multifamily or commercial construction sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, growth strategies, and forecasting.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth and innovation.
  • EPA Certification ()
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)
