Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed;
Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair/replace as needed;
Perform touch-up paint for vacant and occupied units;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and painting curbs and signage
