What We are looking for in a Service Manager:
- HVAC Certified
- Lease‑Up Experience a Must
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Manager or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
- Leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration.
- Excellent problem‑solving
