Position: Regulatory Systems (Process and Systems Specialist)

For more information, visit  .Purpose of the Role The primary purpose of this job is to support the enabling of smooth data flow throughout the business in both R&D and production:

Creation of inner labels and pallet labels conform to European legislation and customer requirements, centralized processes for all 4 European sites, Applying standardized GF European labelling strategy for all customer items.

Creation and Co-ordination of B to C labels.

Creation and Co-ordination of inner labels and pallet labels for GF Co-manufacturing and Co-packer partners.

Population and maintenance of system technical data within the ERP, Hamilton Grant and GApps system to ensure the business meets its commercial deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities Labels
-Item set up /Compliance :

Generation of labels-Item set up Creation and maintenance of Docentric label templates to meet customer, business and legislative requirements.

Associating templates with packed item products for each customer in D365.Understanding and entering product specific technical data for each customer in D365 that will appear on the customers various label formats including Ingredient list, Allergens, Nutritional data, Directions for use, Storage conditions, Shelf life, GS1 Bar coding, QR coding,Managing 3rd party translation requirements of non-standard languages, eg Arabic, Russian, Portuguese…Demonstrate creative solutions and professional designs for labelling.

Generating required technical data in GApps and D365, for each product manufactured on all 4 sites required to enable production.

Transfer recipe data from GApps to D365, ensuring all technical data in D365 meet business requirements, including routing process, enabling smooth manufacturing of the recipe.

Execute formula change process in GApps and D365, checking the impact on the finished good spec created for customers. Discuss risk analysis with PI Lead and R&D if required.

Execute block formula change process in GApps and D365, checking the impact on the finished good spec created for customers. Discuss risk analysis with PI Lead and R&D if required.

Execute recipe sharing process with GF co-manufacturing partners.

Creation of rework and premix items in GApps and D365.Compliance of labels:

Ensuring the produced labels are legally compliant B2B and/or B2C.Maintenance of documents:

Maintain and update customer requirements files.

Maintain & update the labels as organized by the Team Lead.

Creation and maintenance of training instructions

Cross functional collaboration:

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders of the regional team:
Sales team, Customer Services team, R&D teams, …Customer communication:

Develop close working relationships with selected / assigned customers’ technical team, through regular direct contact thereby ensuring that the business understands the customer’s requirements.

Knowledge & Experience Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition or similar.

Technical and industry Knowledge of GS1 barcode system, QR code system.

Detailed knowledge level of Docentric, D365, GApps and Hamilton Grant software systems at Griffith Foods.

Detailed knowledge of EU regulation 1169/2011, and application related to Food information to consumers.

Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for creating documents, analyzing data, and managing communications.

Fluent English is required (C1).
