Sales Administration & CRM Manager

The Sales Administration & CRM Manager is responsible for managing commercial performance reporting, KPI governance, business planning support, Salesforce administration, and sales operations processes across GC Orthodontics America.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, this role serves as a key business partner to the Commercial Leadership Team, ensuring accurate performance tracking, data-driven decision-making, CRM governance, and effective execution of commercial objectives. The position plays a critical role in supporting organizational growth through sales analytics, business planning, forecasting, reporting, and CRM optimization.

Commercial Performance Management

• Own the administration, monitoring, and reporting of Hoshin-related KPIs.
• Track commercial performance against annual targets and strategic initiatives.
• Consolidate and analyze sales results across North America and LATAM.
• Develop and maintain commercial performance scorecards and management dashboards.
• Support the Commercial Leadership Team with performance reviews and action planning.

Business Planning & Reporting

• Support the development and consolidation of Mid-Term Business Plans and annual business plans.
• Prepare and distribute Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Commercial Reports.
• Develop executive presentations, management reports, and business review materials.
• Coordinate reporting activities for leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of commercial reporting.

Sales Forecasting & Analytics

• Manage the sales forecast consolidation process and monitor forecast accuracy.
• Analyze sales performance and business trends.
• Provide business insights and recommendations to management.
• Support commercial reviews through data analysis and performance reporting.

CRM Administration & Governance

• Manage and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
• Develop and maintain CRM operating procedures and user guidelines.
• Support CRM user training and drive adoption throughout the organization.
• Coordinate CRM enhancements and issue resolution with IT and external partners.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Education:

Bachelor's degree

Experience and/or Training:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, CRM administration, business analytics, or a related commercial support function.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and support senior leadership.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Fluency in English.
