Position Summary Dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proven ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently, resolve issues promptly, and deliver a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will also have a background in logistics, order coordination, or operations, with the ability to manage orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer needs.

Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome.

Provide accurate information about our products/services and guide customers through their purchasing journey.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.

Coordinate with logistics, operations, and other departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Use logistics knowledge to help track orders, address delivery issues, and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in using computers and customer support tools.

Prior experience in logistics, order fulfillment, distribution, transportation, or a related field is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit for long periods of time working on a computer

Having close vision for computer as well as color vision and the ability to adjust focus

Occasional presence on the production floor
