Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate School Psychologist to join a collaborative K–8 school team, helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally throughout the school year in Alsip, IL.
Position Overview:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret assessment data to support student learning, eligibility, and educational planning.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized interventions and support plans.
- Provide consultation on behavioral, social-emotional, and academic concerns to promote positive student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation, participate in team meetings, and ensure compliance with special education requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement
- Experience conducting psycho educational assessments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
