As an Ice Cream Ambassador, you'll be the face of Windy City Ice Cream Truck, delivering smiles and frozen novelties to customers of all ages. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with enthusiasm and create a memorable, feel-good experience at every stop.
• Service & Sales: Efficiently distribute pre-packaged frozen novelties—no food preparation or scooping required!
• Event Representation: Represent our brand professionally during high-profile corporate appreciation events and community gatherings.
• Operations: Keep your service area (truck or pushcart) clean, organized, and inviting.

We’re searching for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and reliability to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• Driving

  A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no major violations.
• Positive Personality: A cheerful, outgoing attitude and a love for interacting with people.
• Dependability: Punctual and reliable, with the ability to get to our base in Alsip or various event locations.
• Professionalism: The ability to represent Windy City Ice Cream Truck with integrity and provide excellent hospitality.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
