Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

Action Behavior Centers is seeking licensed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinic team. In this role, you’ll deliver engaging, play‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment that values your skills, experience, and growth.

  Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (may volunteer occasional Saturdays as needed)

  Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – certification must be current and the RBT exam must have already been passed

• Work one‑on‑one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy
• Follow personalized treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with the team
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities
• Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to engage with children
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy space
• Participate in a mission‑driven team that celebrates progress and growth

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification – active
• RBT exam already passed
• At least 18 years old
• High‑school diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move quickly with young children
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Commitment to ABC’s core value of teamwork; may occasionally support a nearby sister clinic in need of coverage

• High School/Associate’s Degree: $16.60 – $23.50
• Bachelor’s Degree: $17.50 – $27.00
• Master’s Degree: $19.00 – $28.00
• First raise after obtaining your RBT certification (most new hires complete this in about three weeks)
