Payroll Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for Climate Solutions a part of Smart Care solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for administering and managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with payroll taxes, overseeing garnishment processes. The Payroll Manager will maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in all payroll-related activities, while serving as a key contact for payroll inquiries and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management, with the ability to process complex payroll systems accurately.
• Understanding and experience with Garnishments and Payroll Taxes, ensuring adherence to regulations and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits programs, with the capability to manage related payroll integration.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in payroll software and tools such as ADP or similar systems is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory payroll role will be an added advantage.
