Data Entry Specialist
Location: Hybrid in Alsip, IL
A Data Entry Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Master Formula Data in Griffith Applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness, communicating with R&D, Samples Team, Regulatory, and other departments, troubleshooting formula issues, and supporting the commercialization of new products.
Responsibilities- Maintain Master Formula Data information in Griffith Applications by following written protocols and procedures.
- Verify information received is complete and accurate before executing updates or changes in any system.
- Support the correct set up of every new item sold by Griffith Foods US.
- Communicate as a formula information resource for R&D scientists, Samples team, regulatory, and other departments.
- Troubleshoot formula related matters to ensure samples and operations can be manufactured without issues or delays.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Extensive experience in data entry and organization.
- Ability to handle confidential formulas and technical information under a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and D365 for data management.
- Research and reconciliation skills to troubleshoot issues.
- Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
- Experience requiring extreme accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work onsite in Alsip, IL 3-5 days per week.
- Resides within commutable distance to Alsip, IL.
