As the Regional Planning Technology Analytics & Data (TAD) Lead, based at Alsip, Illinois you will play a critical role in elevating Nufarm’s regional planning capability by leading the transformation of planning technologies, analytics, data integration, and governance standards. Reporting to the Regional Supply Planning Manager, you will help move the organization from spreadsheet-driven planning to an integrated, data-enabled planning environment that improves visibility, automation, decision-making, and business performance across the supply chain.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence regional planning strategy, partner with global stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and ways of working.

How You'll Help Us Grow

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading planning technology transformation, adoption, and capability development across the region.
  • Acting as the regional business process owner for planning systems, ensuring solutions align with business needs and global standards.
  • Driving planning data governance, master data excellence, and data quality improvements.
  • Developing analytics, reporting, and decision-support capabilities that deliver actionable insights across inventory, service, capacity, and supply chain performance.
  • Building planning capability through training, coaching, change leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Supporting the deployment of new planning technologies, automation initiatives, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Championing governance, standardization, and continuous improvement across regional planning processes.

Could This Be You?

We're looking for a strategic and influential supply chain professional who combines strong planning expertise with a passion for technology, analytics, and transformation.

You will bring:

  • A degree in Business, Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience leading supply operations, planning, or supply chain functions.
  • Proven expertise in ERP and advanced planning system transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience developing and leveraging data and analytics tools to improve business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with integrated business planning, process improvement, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Desirable qualifications include APICS certification, forecasting or data management credentials, and experience within life sciences, manufacturing, or agricultural industries.

What We Offer

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary range for this position is $110,900 to $141,400 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. At Nufarm, we believe in total compensation. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for additional forms of compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, financial, and other wellbeing benefits.
