• This role will identify, develop and implement capital expenditure projects to enhance safety, quality and productivity as the Manufacturing Manager
• The Manufacturing Operations Manager develops and executes one-year and three-year business plans supporting the company and local market objectives
• You will translate manufacturing plant goals to the manufacturing team ensuring alignment on relevant performance data and maximization on supply chain performance
• The Manufacturing Manager represents the company and its interests in the community with environmentally responsible manufacturing operations
• This position ensures the service requirements of internal and external customers are met and compliant with company specifications
• Additionally, you will review business results to maximize supply chain performance and sustain a long-term vision through process improvement
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 10 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience

• Master’s degree

Shift: Full Time, 1st Shift

Salary: $126,880 - $158,600 Plus annual target bonus
