What You’ll DoAs an Aerator Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our paperboard products by preparing materials for die‑cutting and printing. You will operate both the aerator machine and the baler machine, ensuring smooth and efficient production from start to finish. Your attention to detail and hands‑on expertise will support our high standards and contribute directly to the success of our growing operations.
YourResponsibilities Will Include
- Operate and maintain aerator and baler machines according to established procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.
- Monitor equipment performance, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues such as paper jams to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs to keep machines running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Report any equipment concerns or malfunctions promptly to support continuous production flow.
- Collaborate professionally with team members across departments to achieve production goals.

High school diploma or equivalent. - Skills:
Mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem‑solving abilities. - Mindset:

- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
- Availability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
