Blend batches of adhesives, sealants, and coatings by following recipe guides and cookbooks to ensure consistent product quality.;
Weigh raw ingredients accurately and prepare materials according to specified formulas and production requirements;
Set up machinery, hoses, tankers, and related equipment required for batch mixing and production runs;
Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials, products, and equipment safely around the facility as required;
Collaborate closely with the lead or higher up operator to receive training, learn procedures, and follow best practices
