Remove finished product from machines and inspect for quality and packaging conformity;
Read work orders for product specifications and instructions; follow packaging requirements;
Inspect products for defects and customer requirements;
Assist in start-up and changeover of machinery or orders;
Perform quality checks on all orders regularly;
Adhere to GMPs and packaging procedures per Production Work Order;
Enter production in JDE and print necessary paperwork; close out orders;
Complete at least one Work Place Observation per month;
Label cartons/gaylords neatly with customer labels;
Maintain organized paperwork and proper identification sheets/bar codes
