Formulate chemical batches by accurately weighing and measuring raw materials;
Monitor running machinery, including pumps, mixers, and milling machines, and respond promptly to any changes or issues;
Keep detailed and accurate records of batch formulations, production activities, and any deviations or issues;
Assist with packaging, staging, and preparing orders as needed to support overall production and shipping operations;
Communicate daily batch records and production status clearly to the next shift and to supervisors
