ROLE OVERVIEW

Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine activities including preparing job sites, ensuring safety conditions, transporting materials, using power tools and other equipment, building temporary structures, and collaborating with other plant workers.

• Routinely clean and lubricate equipment, maintain manufacturing area free from debris and dirt, ready or put away tools as assigned.
• Closely follow directions to operate machinery, hold or supply routine materials and tools, and load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
• Perform routine property care activities.
• Perform any non-technical routine tasks at the plant.
• Perform routine quality checks on finished products.
• Report any issues to supervisor or higher-level colleague.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).

• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.

The pay for this position is $21.22 per hour. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
