Job Title: CNC Machine Operator I & II & Specialist
Location: Alsip, IL
Shift Schedules: 1st Shift (Mon – Fri, 7:00 am‑4:00 pm), 2nd Shift (Mon – Fri, 4:00 pm‑12:30 am)
Pay Range: $23.89‑$27.51 per hour plus $1.35 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift and $1,500 Sign‑On Bonus after 90 days

The CNC Machine Operator is an experienced machine operator who is disciplined, creative, and an excellent problem solver. They will thrive in our lean manufacturing environment and possess the mechanical aptitude to read blueprints, maintain tight tolerances, and operate CNC machines.
Responsibilities- Follow Standard Work for machine setup, running parts and preventative maintenance (PM).
- Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations and/or operate other equipment, including selecting and presetting tools needed for the next scheduled job.
- Update and maintain all visual controls; create and support countermeasures and operate in a clean and safe environment.
- Participate in SMED, Kaizen events, and '5 Whys' problem‑solving exercises.
- Resolve or report equipment abnormalities.
- Follow company safety procedures and standards to ensure individual and collective safety, avoiding unnecessary risk to oneself, co‑workers, contractors, customers, and property.
- At least 3 years of CNC maintenance mechanic experience.
