Position Responsibilities- The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times.
- You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained.
- The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjustments to equipment or work practices.
- As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team.
- Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 year of leadership experience OR High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5-7+ years of specific experience and 2 to 3+ years of leadership experience.
