We are seeking a full-time general laborer join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in a food manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred, giving you a solid foundation for the role. Your ability to work seamlessly in a fast-paced environment will keep you ahead of the game.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality are essential in ensuring our products meet standards. Effective communication and teamwork skills will be your key to seamless collaboration with colleagues. Being physically fit to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks is a must.

Packing and Production Positions

Knowledge and skills required for the positions are:

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic math skills for inventory and product counts.
• Move product carts throughout the commissary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
• Support the team in various production tasks as needed
• Report any issues or concerns to the Production/Packing Supervisors

Qualifications:

• No previous experience required
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and manual work
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move carts as needed

• Mover carros de productos por toda la planta de producción.
• Mantener un área de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura para los alimentos.
• Seguir todas las normas de saneamiento y seguridad.
• Apoyar al equipo en diversas tareas de producción según sea necesario.
• Reportar cualquier problema o inquietud a los supervisores de Producción o Empaque.

• Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras (23 kg) y mover carros cuando sea necesario.
