We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at our Alsip, IL bakery
. As a Production Supervisor, you will be accountable for leading production line operations, driving team performance, and ensuring efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across all production activities.

Shift: 2nd

Salary Range: $71,000- 75,000

• Lead daily production line operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on‑time output.
• Supervise, schedule, and allocate team resources to meet production goals.
• Analyze production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and manage production reports, metrics, and data tracking.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions to improve safety and processes.
• Collaborate with maintenance and cross‑functional teams to resolve production issues.
• Coach, train, and evaluate team members to drive engagement and performance.
