Griffith Foods is hiring a Mixing Operator to join our Production Team in Alsip, Illinois. The role focuses on the safe operation and loading of mixing equipment, conducting setup and troubleshooting in line with GMP, HACCP, and Griffith Production System standards.
You will verify raw material counts, add materials per the formula, and discharge blended product while meeting customer sampling requirements. The position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and work onsite on the third shift.
