• 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry.
• 3. Proven experience in Continuous Improvement and Operations Management.
• 4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
• 5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• 6. Proficient in using production management software and tools.
• 7. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing industry standards and regulations.
• 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 9. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
