We are seeking a Operator 3-
Break Relief team member to join our Production team at our Alsip, IL bakery. As a Break Relief employee, you will be accountable for providing operational support and break coverage across multiple production positions while ensuring product quality, food safety, and production efficiency. This role is critical to maintaining seamless production operations and supporting compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Provide break relief coverage across multiple production roles to ensure continuous operations.
• Operate production equipment and perform assigned duties in accordance with established procedures.
