Operate and set up vertical form fill seal packaging equipment to meet finished pouch quality specifications;
Perform startup checks, machine setup, and testing to ensure optimal production performance;
Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble packaging equipment per procedures and changeovers;
Monitor product quality and maintain GMP, safety, and sanitation standards;
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor maintenance and part replacements as needed
