- Perform quality control testing on finished food products using laboratory instrumentation including HPLC, protein analyzers, and heat stability testing equipment to verify compliance with product specifications.
- Execute standardized laboratory testing procedures by following detailed work instructions and testing protocols for a wide variety of food products, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Evaluate finished goods against established quality standards and documented test results in accordance with GMP, food safety, and quality system requirements.
- Maintain strict adherence to laboratory SOPs, quality assurance procedures, and regulatory guidelines while supporting high-volume production operations.
- Verify product quality for food ingredients and sauces supplied to major restaurant chains, grocery retailers, and food manufacturers, helping ensure customer specifications were consistently met.
- Support quality assurance efforts by identifying and documenting non-conforming products and communicating results to production and quality teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, prepared testing materials, and ensured a clean, organized work environment in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Contribute to the release of finished products by accurately completing laboratory analyses and maintaining detailed quality documentation within established turnaround times.
