Overview

Full‑time Retail Sales Associate – Immediate hire at Food 4 Less 553, Alsip, IL 60803. Work within the store to promote NRG electricity and gas services, help customers lower their energy costs, and earn a base salary plus commission with first‑sale bonus and other incentives.

• Engage consumers about NRG electricity and gas.
• Help customers lower their energy costs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
