OverviewFull‑time Sales Representative – Immediate hire. Paid training with first‑sale bonus and base pay plus uncapped commission. Sales reps typically earn $800–$1,000 weekly, with opportunities for promotions and early release incentives.
Responsibilities- Work within your local retailer to promote NRG electricity and gas.
- Engage customers about NRG services, uncover their energy needs, and help lower their energy costs.
- Handle objections, build professional relationships, and present solutions in a friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation/kiosk.
- Accurately document and report sales, and submit all required paperwork timely.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals and celebrate successes.
- Assist customers by guiding them to displays, advising on product/service choices, and building their confidence.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas and goals.
- Maintain high customer/client satisfaction reflected in low rejection rates and minimal complaints.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
- Knowledge of products and services; excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
