We are seeking an experienced and skilled Diesel Technician to join our team and provide expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel-powered vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in diesel-powered vehicles, trucks, and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks on diesel engines.
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment, specialized tools, and technical manuals to accurately identify and resolve problems.
  • Repair diesel engines, transmissions, differentials, and other components as needed.
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are performed according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to explain repair recommendations, processes, and associated costs to customers.
Qualifications
  • Formal diesel technician training or certification is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of diesel engines, fuel systems, emissions control, and related components.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, computerized systems, and technical resources.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
