Description
Lynch Chicago has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Tow Truck Repair Installer! In this role, you will be provided hands‑on training to effectively perform installations, modifications, and up‑fits on a variety of tow trucks, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics. Prior experience in welding, electrical work, carpentry, and other hands‑on projects is helpful, but we will train the right candidate!

- Prior fabrication experience is a plus, but not required.
- Attention to detail and the ability to read and follow directions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Desire to learn and grow in the position.
- Positive, task‑focused mindset and willingness to be a part of a team.
- Install and customize various components and accessories, including but not limited to: racks, shelving, lighting, decals, toolboxes, and safety equipment.
- Wire in lights and other electric accessories.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to coordinate workflow and meet project deadlines.
