Brookdale Senior Living - 360 Montgomery Road - Responsibilities:
Maintaining interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds;
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment;
Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents;
Maintain communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and other jurisdictions;
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company policies
